Yoga is an holistic system for promoting harmony at physical, mental and emotional levels. Yoga can help to improve strength and flexibility, improve balance and reduce stress. Pilates complements Yoga by building core strength.

HolisticFit also provide Power Plate® acceleration training using advanced vibration plate technology to speed and activate muscle contraction far beyond normal exercise levels, massively increasing efficiency. Power Plate® is probably the most popular new exercise program of recent times and is endorsed by the Scientific community as well as many celebrities, football clubs and athletes.

Yoga, Pilates, Power Plate® training or body conditioning advice are each entirely optional and our programs are developed to suit your individual needs.

Combined with our expertise in natural health matters, you can expect to improve your fitness, wellbeing AND tone up in the process.

ABOUT OUR PRINCIPAL & FOUNDER
Tracey Lloyd is principal and founder of HolisticFit and a British Wheel of Yoga, Fitness Pilates and Power Plate certified teacher. Tracey’s enthusiasm for life and passion for the wellbeing of others is the keystone behind our business.

Tracey set up HolisticFit in response to an overwhelming need for low impact, low time consuming exercise practice.

“These days, people are well aware of the consequences of failing to maintain a minimum level of fitness but it’s all too easy to do nothing or not find the time, often because we tend to think of exhaustion when we think of exercise. I set up HolisticFit to counter this perception using my experience of Yoga, Pilates and more recently vibration plate technology, allowing minimal time commitment and providing exercise without stress”.
